Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policies

Overview

Because our products are health/personal care products, digital products, books, and/or food products, we do not refund purchases or accept returns (except for damaged or defective products). If you feel the product you received is damaged/defective, you have 15 days to file a complaint with us at honeysucklefarm.ok@gmail.com. Depending on the situation, we may issue a full or partial refund. We do require a receipt or proof of purchase before issuing a full or partial refund. If your refund is approved after following the process above, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 weeks, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at honeysucklefarm.ok@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We only replace an item for the exact same item. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item, send us an email at honeysucklefarm.ok@gmail.com. You’ll receive instructions on how to proceed. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

All products will be shipped via USPS unless a cheaper shipping option is available. Products will usually be shipped within 3 days of payment. At high-volume times, products will be shipped no later than 5 days from the date of payment.
