Sometimes in life we hang on to relationships we shouldn’t. Maybe we’re afraid to let go, afraid nothing better will happen for us…maybe it’s a “Better the Devil you know than the Devil you don’t” attitude.

Tonight I FINALLY got to chat with an actual human at Shopify. That’s like a minor miracle with that company. The discussion didn’t go well and they refused to help me fix the long-term issues I’ve had with my Shopify store. So, despite all the time and effort I put into trying to make the Shopify store work (and it was a LOT of time and effort over the last year) I finally reached the point tonight where it was obvious that more time and more money were not in the best interests of my business. So I ended my Shopify partnership.

What That Means For You

What that means for you is, there will be a few more days of a non-functional store while I migrate to a new e-commerce platform. I’m sorry for the mess that everything has become but I WILL get it all straightened out. I’m already migrating over to a new platform and hopefully in a couple of days this will all be a bad memory.
